How our concierge brokerage works for buyers and sellers — no lot theater, no vague promises.
Do you own the cars listed on the site?
No. Big Boy Exotics is a concierge brokerage, not a dealership. We don't hold lot inventory. We search partner dealers and private sellers, and we pursue private and less-publicly-marketed opportunities through our network — then verify and coordinate the purchase on your behalf.
How do I know a vehicle is authentic?
Every vehicle we source is authenticated and inspected before we present it to you, with findings documented in our own report. See Inspection & Verification for the checklist and an example report. We recommend an independent pre-purchase inspection for any vehicle before you finalize a purchase. See our Delivery & Inspection Policy.
How much does your service cost?
Our concierge fees depend on the engagement — buyer search, seller listing, or full coordination — and are disclosed to you in writing before you are obligated to pay anything. We do not charge hidden fees; any charges are itemized and agreed before you commit.
How long does sourcing typically take?
Our average sourcing time is 6 days, though it varies based on how specific your request is and current market availability.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes. We coordinate doorstep delivery to all 50 states as part of our concierge service. Timelines and transport details are confirmed in writing once a vehicle is secured.
I want to sell my car. How does listing work?
Submit your vehicle details through our listing form. A specialist contacts you within 4–12 hours. If it's a fit, we verify and authenticate the vehicle and complete signed documentation before it goes live to our buyer network — it's never syndicated elsewhere.
What if the car I want isn't in your current inventory?
That's most of what we do — submit a Find My Car request and we'll search dealers and private sellers, and pursue less-publicly-marketed opportunities through our network.
Is my deposit refundable?
Deposit terms — including amount, refundability, and conditions — are provided to you in writing before any payment and govern that specific transaction. We do not take a deposit until those terms are clear and agreed.
