How we verify vehicles before you commit, and how we get them to your door across the United States.
Inspection
Every vehicle is authenticated and physically inspected — not evaluated from photos alone — before it's presented to a buyer. Findings are documented in a written report available to you before you commit.
We still encourage an independent pre-purchase inspection before you finalize any transaction. Our report is a concierge verification step, not a substitute for your own PPI when you want one.
Delivery
We coordinate doorstep delivery nationwide across all 50 states. Delivery timelines depend on origin and destination and will be confirmed in writing once a vehicle is secured.
Who bears transport cost and insurance during transit is confirmed in writing for each engagement — it may be included in our concierge fee, billed as a pass-through logistics charge, or allocated between buyer and seller depending on the deal structure. Nothing is assumed; you’ll see it itemized before you commit.
Damage in transit
Vehicles are insured during transit by our logistics partner. Any damage claims are handled directly with the carrier’s insurance, with our team coordinating documentation and communication so you’re not left chasing a trucking desk alone.
