Case 02 · Off-market / private seller
2021 Ferrari F8 Tributo
The situation
An F8 Tributo matching the buyer’s color and carbon package never appeared on major listing sites. The owner wanted to sell without advertising — no online photos, no tire-kickers, and a preference for a pre-qualified buyer only.
What we did
- Day 0–1 — Qualification
Confirmed buyer readiness (funds, preferred timeline, willingness to travel or accept video walkthrough). Matched against a private-seller brief already in our network.
- Day 2–5 — Controlled introduction
Shared limited details under NDA-style agreement: year, mileage band, major options, service status. Full address and VIN withheld until interest was mutual.
- Day 6–9 — Authentication
Ferrari dealer service history pulled. Belts / fluids / battery status verified. Paint and PPF inspection completed. Minor cosmetic notes disclosed before offer.
- Day 10–12 — Negotiation
Structured offer with contingencies tied to final inspection. Seller accepted without a public bidding war.
- Day 13–14 — Close & handover
Title and funds coordinated. Buyer flew in for final walkthrough; keys exchanged same afternoon. No listing ever went live.
Credibility checks completed
- Seller identity and title status verified before introduction
- Official service history reviewed
- Physical inspection with documented findings
- Quiet close — zero public marketing
