Case 01 · Public inventory / preferred sourcing
2022 Porsche 911 GT3 RS
The situation
The buyer had been chasing a Weissach-package GT3 RS for several months through local Florida dealers. Allocation lists were closed, and the few cars that appeared publicly were either over ask, had unresolved service history, or were already under deposit. They needed a clean example with documented PPI — not another call-for-price listing with incomplete photos.
What we did
- Day 0 — Intake
Locked specs: 2022 GT3 RS, preferred colors, mileage under 3,500, clean Carfax, no track weekends. Budget band confirmed. Delivery target: Miami metro.
- Day 1–2 — Network search
Queried Midwest and Mid-Atlantic partners. Located a low-mileage unit with a dealer who preferred a quiet placement over open-market bidding.
- Day 3–4 — Verification
Independent PPI scheduled at a Porsche-specialist shop near the seller. Paint meter readings, service records, and underbody photos reviewed with the buyer before any deposit moved.
- Day 5–6 — Negotiation & paperwork
Agreed terms in writing. Escrow-style coordination for funds, title check, and transport booking on an enclosed carrier.
- Day 7–9 — Delivery
Car left Midwest on Day 7. Arrival inspection in Miami with buyer present. Keys, books, and remaining documentation handed over same day.
Credibility checks completed
- Carfax / history report reviewed with buyer
- Third-party PPI with written report
- VIN and options verification against build sheet
- Enclosed transport with photo check-in / check-out
